Intro of Company
United Pacific Realty Sdn.Bhd. (UPR) history in property development began in 2016 when we acquired a 715 acres plot of agricultural land in Mukim Bandar, Kuala Langat. Leveraging on the Director’s experience in both industry and property development industry,UPR launched its maiden project-Bandar Industrial Zone(BIZ) in 2019. BIZ is a freehold mixed use industrial and commercial development which is set to transform the economic landscape of Kuala Langat in Selangor South. In 2020, Phase 1 (GDV of RM260 million), which comprises of 19 industry plots were launched and fully sold out.
Current launching includes Phase 2A and Phase 2B with a combined GDV of RM618 Million. Phase 2A offers 6 units of warehouse and 5 units of industrial land. While Phase 2B offers 20 units of semi-detached factory and 20 units of detached factory. Upcoming Phase 2C consist of small size semi-detached and cluster factory. Furthermore, Phase 3 UPR Business Square, double storey shop lot will be launching soon.
Lastly, with remaining landbanks of 320 acres, UPR is set to offer more products in the future, setting sail towards becoming a key player in the property development industry.
